Eating enough fruit can be a little harder than it sounds. That’s why I like making fruity smoothie – that way I can eat all the fruits that I need in one glass and I am done for the day.
I love mixing different kinds of fruits – That’s what is so great about smoothies because you can just about blend anything. This smoothie has some of my favorite things – like pineapple, peach, and mango. Then I added some red orange juice. If you haven’t tried red orange juice before, you should. It’s found where you regular orange juice is found at any grocery stores. It adds a beautiful color to the smoothie and goes perfectly with pineapple/peach/mango flavors.
- ¼ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ frozen peach
- ¼ mango (frozen or non frozen)
- 2 cups red orange juice
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
