Eating enough fruit can be a little harder than it sounds. That’s why I like making fruity smoothie – that way I can eat all the fruits that I need in one glass and I am done for the day.

I love mixing different kinds of fruits – That’s what is so great about smoothies because you can just about blend anything. This smoothie has some of my favorite things – like pineapple, peach, and mango. Then I added some red orange juice. If you haven’t tried red orange juice before, you should. It’s found where you regular orange juice is found at any grocery stores. It adds a beautiful color to the smoothie and goes perfectly with pineapple/peach/mango flavors.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ frozen peach
  • ¼ mango (frozen or non frozen)
  • 2 cups red orange juice

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Happy to have found this website. Am trying my hand at korean cooking now, but am not familiar with the ingredients yet.

Welcome to Korean cooking! :-) I hope you continue trying different Korean food – and I understand how hard it can be to find all the Korean ingredients… It’s hard for me too! :) Thanks for your comment!
