I have a problem. I just got a Vitamix a couple of days ago and I’ve already made six different kinds of smoothies. I’m in LOVE with my new toy and I think I might have to learn how to STOP using it. But until I finally get tired of making/blending smoothies and other things, I think Vitamix will be my favorite kitchen appliance for a while.

I am a huge fan of green smoothie. Whenever I go to Jamba Juice, I always look for some kind of green smoothie. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the green smoothie that I tried there a couple of months ago. Vitamix comes to Costco every once in a while and they do demos, too. I tried their sample of green smoothie and fell in love with it immediately. I was so impressed that it actually made me want to buy the blender just so I could make it.

I found a recipe for Green Smoothie but I had to change the recipe a little bit. I added some frozen peach slices but you can use pineapples or maybe green apples. This green smoothie is seriously amazing! Not to mention how healthy and nutritious it is… I am thinking I might have to make this smoothie every morning.

This smoothie doesn’t have any added concentrated juice or sugar. It’s naturally sweet from all the fruits. So refreshing and so delicious. It’s also really quick to put it all together so when you’re in a hurry, you want something quick and healthy, try this recipe!

In a blender, combine all ingredients for the smoothie and blend until smooth.
- ¼ cup water (or more if needed)
- ½ cup green grapes
- ½ cup frozen peach chunks (or fresh)
- ¼ medium banana, peeled
- 1 handful fresh baby spinach, lightly packed
- ¼ cup ice cubes (or more as needed)
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Add more water and ice if needed. This recipe makes about one serving. Double the recipe if you’re making it for two people.

LOL. I know what you mean…I`m addicted to my ice cream machine. Except, making smoothies are much more healthier compared to ice cream! :)
I can smell this smoothie from looking at all the ingredients. Is that creepy? Weird? It`s like I can smell the grapes, peaches, and bananas.
There’s nothing wrong with making too many smoothies!
I’m loving this one! I love Jamba Juice too…but not always easy to find and so expensive…so you’re onto something here!
