I am addicted to books. I can’t stop reading. I think I’ve read over 40 books just this year… So I’ve been a slacker about updating my blog as frequently as I should. Sorry!
Today’s recipe is rather simple; and possibly the one you’ve seen on a lot of blogs. I used turkey bacon instead of pork. I actually prefer turkey bacon; it’s way less fat with little calories.
Turkey bacon tastes different from normal bacon. I don’t really like normal bacon so much because of all the fat. Just wrap the bacon around the asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and bake at 375 degrees F. for about 10 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
Enjoy your weekend, everyone! Tah Tah for now.
Don't miss a post!
